For Boldness:
Ask that, despite threats, they will continue to speak the word of God fearlessly
(Ephesians 6:19-20).
For Deliverance and Safety:
Pray for their protection, provision for their families, and release from prison (Psalm 142:6-7).
For Their Persecutors:
Pray that their oppressors' hearts will be transformed, similar to the Apostle Paul (Matthew 5:44)

Between 5pm and 6pm on Saturday, the sound of festivity was shattered by gunfire. By the time the attackers disappeared, nine people lay dead, and another victim hovered between life and death in a hospital bed.
Local authorities confirmed the grim toll, describing a community plunged into grief just hours before a sacred celebration. What should have been a night of hope turned into one of horror.
Security forces moved in swiftly, restoring a fragile calm, while launching a manhunt for those behind the carnage.
Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia did not mince words. He condemned the assault as a “barbaric and unacceptable act”, warning that such calculated violence would not be allowed to take root.
